P90 Sculpt 3-4 Calories Burned

I paused between sets so the duration is higher than normal. I also lifted HEAVY! My max reps on any set was 8 except for push-ups, squats, and dips. Depending on the number of times I pause between sets I can burn over 1000 calories during this workout!
